Greetings Family!
I'm excited to announce that the plans have begun for the 2013 Terrell Family Reunion!
First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Carolyn Beaty; I am the daughter of Annie Mae Terrell, the granddaughter of Prince Albert & Essie Lee Terrell, the great granddaughter of Prince Albert Sr., & Anna Terrell, the great-great granddaughter of Henry and Marthena Terrell. I am also the 2013 Reunion Coordinator. I am looking forward to working with everyone who is interested in helping - even in a small way - to make this reunion fun and memorable for all who attend.
I have picked a location and set the dates, the dates are set for July 19-21, 2013. I have selected The Embassy Suites Hotel (1022 S. Shady Grove Road. Memphis TN, 38120). The hotel will provide a complimentary, full cook-to order breakfast each morning with plenty of healthy, great tasting options and the evening they have a complimentary Happy Hour with beverage and snacks. The prices for the rooms are $139.00 for King and $149.00 for Double. If you work for the Military or Government you get a discount when you show your ID. The rooms are blocked off under Terrell family Reunion. Please call and make your reservation ASAP at 901-684-1777; The Web-address is Memphis.embassysuites.com.
Every adult is asked to pay $55.00 each, children 12 and under are to pay $25.00 and children 3 and under are free. We have vendors to pay and facilities to secure. The price will take care of the picnic and the banquet. If you would like to purchase t-shirts they will be available starting at $10.00 for, small, med, large and X large and $12.00 for XX thru 5X.
We will have our picnic at Golf and Games and there is fun for all ages where lunch will be served. (5484 Summer Ave, Memphis TN 38134)

• Unlimited Batting Cages
• Unlimited Fun track & Fun land
• Unlimited Go-Carts from 1pm-6pm
I hope that since we are still 6 months away that people will be able to put this date on their calendar and make it work. The reunion events will begin Friday evening and go through Sunday morning at 11am with word of prayer.
I truly hope that everyone that receives this letter will make it to the 2013 Reunion. It is only a three day event, giving family members (that span generations and live from coast to coast) an opportunity to spend time together visiting loved ones, getting to know one another and building relationships to last a lifetime.
